platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Solutions Private Limited, with its registered office in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India,
201301 (hereinafter referred to as “HomSeva”, “we”, “us”, or
“our”).
This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of our overall Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Applicability and Updates
- HomSeva connects users with trained household service providers (“Experts”) for on-demand or scheduled
services (“Services”), for a service fee (“Fee”).
- By using our platform, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not
proceed with any bookings.
- We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of any changes.
- In the event of any conflict, this policy takes precedence over other related policies where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a service booking at least two hours before the scheduled service time via
the HomSeva app or website.
- Cancellations made after this period may incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of
the service fee.
- Upon timely cancellation, you may:
- Request a refund, or
- Reschedule the service for a later time.
Refund Terms
- Service fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in this policy.
- You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- The Expert fails to arrive.
- The service was unsatisfactory or incomplete.
- A duplicate or excess payment was made by mistake.
- If approved, refunds may be issued as:
- Service credit for future use, or
- A direct refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within three to four working days.
- HomSeva is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details or technical issues at your bank’s
end.
