These Terms govern the use of HomSeva’s services, website, and mobile application. HomSeva provides domestic services through hired and verified helpers employed or contracted by us.

Nature of Services

HomSeva offers household services including cooking, cleaning, dusting, babysitting, elder care, and other domestic help. All helpers are recruited, trained, and managed by HomSeva to ensure quality service delivery. Customers avail services directly through our platform, and the helpers are assigned by HomSeva.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

To book a service, you must register on our platform and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities carried out under your account.

Booking & Payments

Users can request services via the HomSeva platform. Service timings, scope, and fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely within the platform and are governed by our payment and cancellation policies. HomSeva manages all helper compensation directly; customers are not required to make additional payments outside the platform.

Cancellations & Disputes

Cancellations must be made at least two hours before the scheduled service time. Eligible cancellations made within this period will qualify for a full refund. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book in future. For disputes, HomSeva will provide resolution support between the customer and our assigned helper.

Code of Conduct

Customers must treat helpers with respect and provide a safe working environment. Any harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will lead to suspension or termination of account access.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HomSeva, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for service delivery, customer support, and service improvements.

Intellectual Property

All content on HomSeva, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of Betternest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those external sites.

Modifications to Terms

HomSeva reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
