These Terms govern the use of HomSeva’s services, website, and mobile application. HomSeva acts as a platform connecting customers with verified household service providers.

Nature of Services

HomSeva is an intermediary platform and does not directly employ service providers. All agreements, payments, and arrangements are between you (the customer) and the service professional.

User Accounts & Responsibilities

To book a service, you must register on our platform and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities carried out under your account.

Booking & Payments

Users can request domestic services (e.g., cooking, cleaning, elder care, babysitting). Service timings, scope, and fees are agreed upon between you and the helper. Payments made via the platform are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. HomSeva does not set or control helper salaries or wages.

Cancellations & Disputes

Cancellations must be made at least two hours before the scheduled service time. Eligible cancellations made within this period will qualify for a full refund. Frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book in future. If disputes arise, HomSeva provides mediation support, but the final resolution remains between the user and the service provider.

Code of Conduct

Users must treat helpers with respect and provide a safe working environment. Any harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will lead to suspension or termination of account access.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HomSeva, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for service delivery, customer support, and service improvements.

Intellectual Property

All content on HomSeva, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and videos, is the property of Betternest Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those external sites.

Modifications to Terms

HomSeva reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
